A. Microlocs Consultation
A consultation is compulsory for all first time microlocs installation clients and is the first step in the installation process.
Please note that a microlocs installation appointment cannot be booked without completing a consultation first.
During your consultation, we will:
- Assess the condition, length and density of your hair.
- Discuss your hair goals and expectations.
- Recommend the most suitable microlocs installation method for your hair.
- Discuss the installation process, estimated cost and maintenance requirements.
- Answer any questions you may have before proceeding with your installation.
- Consultation fee: ₦5,000
- Consultations typically last 15–30 minutes.
- You may be asked to provide clear and recent photographs of your hair before or during your consultation to assist with the assessment.
- If you proceed with your microlocs installation, the ₦5,000 consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your installation.
B. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Microlocs Services
- Microlocs Installation: ₦10,000 deposit
- Microlocs Retie: ₦5,000 deposit
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service when your appointment is completed.
Natural Hair Services
A ₦5,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment for natural hair services, including washing, treatments and styling.
The deposit will be deducted from your total service fee when your appointment is completed.
C. Cancellation Policy
All deposits paid for microlocs installations, microlocs reties and natural hair services are non-refundable if the client cancels the appointment.
Where the appointment is attended and the service is completed as scheduled, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
D. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- An appointment may only be rescheduled once.
- The new appointment must take place within two (2) weeks of the original appointment date.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
- If you do not attend your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Where a deposit is forfeited, a new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
